2. Use of Service

Naxify is provided for legitimate business purposes. By using our service, you agree to:

• Use the service only for lawful business operations
• Not attempt to hack, modify, or reverse engineer any part of the system
• Not use the service for any illegal purpose or in violation of any laws
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Not share your account access with unauthorized persons
• Comply with all applicable local, national, and international regulations

3. Account Responsibilities

You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your password and account credentials
• All activities that occur under your account
• Ensuring your business information (store name, address, tax details) is accurate and up-to-date
• Complying with all applicable tax laws and reporting requirements in your jurisdiction
• Training your staff on proper use of the Naxify system

4. Subscription & Payment Terms

Naxify offers multiple subscription plans (Starter, Professional, and Enterprise). Payment terms include:

• 14-day free trial on Starter and Professional plans
• Monthly or annual billing cycles available
• Annual billing receives a 17% discount (2 months free)
• Payment is due at the beginning of each billing cycle
• You can cancel your subscription at any time
• Refunds are available within 7 days of purchase if you're not satisfied
• Enterprise plans are custom-priced based on your needs

5. Data Ownership & Privacy

Your data ownership and privacy are important to us:

• You retain full ownership of all business data you create using Naxify
• We collect and process data as necessary to provide our services
• All data is encrypted in transit and at rest using industry-standard encryption
• We perform regular backups to ensure your data is safe
• You can export your data at any time
• Upon account termination, your data is retained for 30 days before permanent deletion

6. Service Availability

We strive to maintain 99.9% uptime for our cloud-based service. While we work hard to keep Naxify running smoothly, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Scheduled maintenance will be communicated in advance. Naxify includes an offline mode that allows you to continue processing orders even without internet connectivity.

7. Limitation of Liability

Our service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Naxify is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service, including but not limited to lost profits, lost data, or business interruption. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms, engage in any activity that could harm other users or the service, or fail to make timely payments. You may terminate your account at any time through your account settings.

9. Changes to Terms

We may modify these terms at any time to reflect changes in our services or legal requirements. Significant changes will be notified via email or in-app notifications. Continued use of Naxify after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
